One of our core values at Cornerstone is to put our faith in action.
Recent Faith in Action projects include:
- Hosting a baby shower for City Team Ministries' Heritage Home
(a residential home for women in crisis pregnancy)
- Gift wrapping for the City of San Jose's neighborhood Christmas party
- Working with Operation Christmas Child to send 100 gift-filled shoe boxes to children in desperate situations around the world
- Teaming up with South Hills Community Church to bless our neighbors with Thanksgiving food boxes
- Hosting South Hills' Annual Free Market
- Taking part in San Jose's Keep San Jose Beautiful Day
- Youth groups participating in California's Coastal Clean Up Day
- Sending 2 crews to help Habitat for Humanity build houses in Santa Clara
- 30 Hour Famine
- Food 4Others
